GoClubPro does not currently offer card or online payment processing. This module explains how clubs collect fees today, and what to expect if card payments are introduced in the future.

How Clubs Collect Fees Today

There is no "Pay Now" button, no hosted checkout page, and no payment processor account to connect. Every fee — match, training, event, registration, installment, or other — is collected through two native, built-in flows:

Bank Transfer declare. The member (labeled "Bank Transfer" on match/fixture fees, or "Declare Paid" elsewhere) transfers funds directly to the club's bank account, then declares the payment in GoClubPro with an optional receipt photo attached. This creates a Pending payment. The club's Treasurer reviews it in their Treasurer/Finance interface and manually approves (Confirmed) or rejects it, with a reason if rejected. Nothing is auto-confirmed.
Wallet credit. A member (or their guardian, for a family/child account) can top up wallet credit ahead of time, itself declared and verified the same way. Once available, wallet credit is applied automatically the moment any new fee is declared — covering it in full immediately (shown as "Paid in full from wallet credit", no Pending state) or partially, with only the remainder declared as a Pending Bank Transfer awaiting Treasurer verification.

There's no automated card charging, no card storage, and no automated refund — a "refund" today is a Treasurer-side ledger adjustment, not a payment processor reversing a charge. Members with a refund or dispute question should be directed to their Club Treasurer.

What's Ahead

If GoClubPro introduces card or online payment processing in the future, this module will be rewritten with real setup steps, screenshots, and troubleshooting guidance. Until then, treat any reference elsewhere to "Stripe," a "Pay Now" button, or a hosted checkout page as outdated — the Bank Transfer declare and wallet credit flows described above are the current, complete picture.
