By creating an account or using GoClubPro (“the Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”) you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or that a parent or guardian has accepted these Terms on your behalf) and that you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a sports club or association, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for all content you post to the Noticeboard, club feed, or other community areas of the Service. You agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Club administrators reserve the right to remove any content and revoke access for users who violate these guidelines. Users may report objectionable content or block abusive users using the built-in reporting tools on the Noticeboard.

Any financial transactions, including registration fees, match fees, and Kangaroo Court fines, are managed directly by your Club's Treasurer. GoClubPro facilitates the tracking and recording of these payments but does not process transactions natively unless expressly integrated with a third-party payment gateway agreed to by your club.

GoClubPro is not a party to any payment dispute between a club and its members. All payment disputes should be directed to your club treasurer or committee.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoClubPro and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) $0 AUD for free-tier users.

The Service and all associated software, design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to GoClubPro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your club's internal purposes.

Your club retains full ownership of all data it enters into the Service, including member records, fixture schedules, payment records, and club-generated content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
